LegitScopeController identity
The legal identity, address and application channel of the data controller must be entered before launch. This notice explains processing; it is not an omnibus consent form.
Data and purposes
Account details, login provider identifiers, photos, chat content, scan results and usage or security records may be processed to operate assessments, account history, support and security. Product images can contain personal data; avoid unnecessary faces, receipts or private details.
Collection and legal grounds
Data is collected electronically through the app, website and service integrations. The applicable ground under Articles 5 and 6 must be established for each processing activity, such as performance of a contract, a legal obligation, legitimate interest subject to the balancing test, or explicit consent where required.
Recipients and transfers
Relevant data may be shared with AI, hosting, storage and authentication providers for their functions and competent authorities where legally required. International transfers must satisfy the current requirements of Article 9. Provider locations and the chosen safeguards must be documented before launch; using the app alone is not a substitute for a required safeguard.
Article 11 rights
You may ask whether your data is processed, request information, learn its purposes and recipients, request correction or deletion where conditions are met, request notification of relevant actions to recipients, object to adverse results arising exclusively from automated analysis and seek compensation for unlawful processing. Apply through the published controller channel under the applicable request procedure.
